Acer,Taiwanese computer maker, is voiced to be hard at work on releasing a Windows Phone 7
device
and making it available for purchase sometime in September or
October 2011. Even though the company has shown interest in unveiling
the Windows Phone 7 powered device, Acer would carry on its support for
the Android.
Currently, the Windows Phone 7 mobile operating system is successfully running on six major mobile handset makers, HTC, Samung, Dell, LG, Asus and recent development with world’s known Finnish mobile maker, Nokia
By September this year, Acer would join these six handset makers unveiling a couple of new WP7 based devices. An Acer spokesman confirmed the company’s plan to launch WP7 powered devices this year..
